Vicarage Lane Community Centre – Full Refurbishment

Moores were appointed to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of Vicarage Lane Community Centre in Newham, revitalising a key community asset and significantly upgrading both internal and external elements of the building.

This was a full-scale improvement scheme, including:

▪ Installation of a new suspended ceiling system

▪ Replacement windows to improve thermal performance and overall appearance

▪ New commercial-grade kitchen installation

▪ New flooring throughout

▪ Full internal redecoration

▪ Fire door upgrades to enhance safety compliance

▪ External repairs and making good

▪ Associated refurbishment works to bring the building back to a high, functional standard

The completed works have transformed the facility into a modern, safe and efficient space, ensuring it continues to serve the local community for years to come.
